- AFFCO Wairoa discharge of treated wastewater to the Wairoa River, on behalf of Hawke’s Bay Regional Council;
- Masterton domestic wastewater discharge to land and the Ruamahanga River, on behalf of the Wellington Fish and Game Council and the Department of Conservation
- New Zealand Pharmaceuticals discharge of industrial wastewater to the Manawatu River, on behalf of Horizons Regional Council
