The Aquanet Team has considerable experience in providing and presenting expert evidence at Regional Council, District Court, Environment Court and Board of Inquiry Hearings for resource consent and regional plan processes. 

We have also provided technical expertise in a number of pre-hearings, expert conferencing and environment court mediation processes.

Main Projects

Lake Rotorua Nutrient Management Plan Change 10

Aquanet were engaged by Federated Farmers of New Zealand to provide expert advice and input into the Bay of Plenty regional Council Proposed Plan Change 10 (Lake Rotorua Nutrient Management) Environment Court Appeal  process. 

Dr Michael Greer participated in Expert conferencing in June 2018. The process is ongoing.

 

Wellington Natural Resources Plan Hearings

Dr Michael Greer is providing ongoing expert advice and evidence to the Wellington proposed Natural Resources Plan (pNRP) hearing process, on behalf of Greater Wellington Regional  Council. Michael's evidence focuses on the Water Quality and Beds of Lakes and Rivers (Drains) provisions.
