Juliet Milne
Juliet is an applied environmental scientist with 25 years of experience working across a range of science and regulatory roles in Aotearoa New Zealand.
Juliet has a MApplSc in Resource Management (Lincoln University) and joined Traverse Environmental in July 2023 after working at NIWA for 7 years. Prior to that, she spent 18 years in local government, with roles spanning freshwater and coastal science, resource consent and compliance monitoring. Juliet’s areas of expertise include fresh and coastal water quality, stormwater and wastewater discharge assessments, environmental monitoring and monitoring standards, and freshwater resource management. Juliet enjoys working at the science-policy interface, focussing on applied science to inform resource management.
